Unlock orcladmin

This is how we unlock orcladmin OID 11g account.
export ORACLE_HOME=/path to oracle home
export ORACLE_INSTANCE=/path to oracle instance
$ORALCE_HOME/ldap/bin/oidpasswd connect=<Connect Descriptor> unlock_su_acct=true
export ORACLE_HOME=/path to oracle home
export ORACLE_INSTANCE=/path to oracle instance
$ORALCE_HOME/ldap/bin/oidpasswd connect=<Connect Descriptor> unlock_su_acct=true
